If you have extra time, consider visiting the Athirappilly Waterfalls, the largest waterfall in Kerala, or taking a side trip to the beautiful hill station of Vagamon. To maximize your fun, try local Kerala cuisine, such as appam and stew, or visit a local market for spices and souvenirs. Make sure to stay hydrated and bring plenty of insect repellent due to the monsoon season.
