Explore Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Basilica of Bom Jesus
    17 minutes (6.5 km) from Goa International Airport

    Start your morning by visiting the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest churches in India. The church is known for its baroque architecture and houses the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier. In the afternoon, head to the nearby Goa State Museum to learn about the history and culture of Goa. End your day at the Miramar Beach, located just 10 minutes north of the museum, and enjoy the sunset by the Arabian Sea.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    1 hour 30 minutes (60 km) from Panaji

    Take a day trip to the Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. The falls are located on the Mandovi River and are surrounded by lush greenery, making for a picturesque and refreshing experience. You can swim in the natural pools formed by the falls and enjoy a picnic on the banks of the river. On your way back, stop at the spice plantations in Ponda and take a tour to learn about the various spices and herbs used in Indian cuisine.
