Learn about the history of sugar production in Mauritius at L'Aventure du Sucre, an interactive museum located in an old sugar factory. Taste some local rum and enjoy a sweet treat before heading back to your hotel.
Take a day off to relax at Flic-en-Flac Beach, a beautiful long stretch of white sand which is perfect for a leisurely day out. Lounge on the beach or take a dip in the crystal clear waters.
Get ready for an adventure at Casela Nature & Leisure Park, a nature reserve offering a variety of activities including zip-lining, quad biking and trekking. You can even interact with some of the park's animals, including lions and cheetahs.
It's time to bid farewell to Mauritius! Pack your bags, check out of your hotel and head to the airport for your flight back home.
Public transportation in Mauritius is limited, making car rental or private transportation a better option. You can rent a car for about Rs. 1,000 per day or hire a private tour guide service to get around. Taxis are also available, but prices may vary depending on the distance and destination you're travelling to.
If you have more time, you can consider adding a visit to the La Vanille Nature Park or a trip to the Blue Bay Marine Park. If you have less time, you can skip some of the places that are far from your hotel or spend less time at some of the attractions to free up your schedule.
