4-Day Andaman Itinerary in February 2024

  1. Day 1: Cellular Jail
    15 minutes (6.8 km) from Veer Savarkar International Airport

    In the morning, visit the iconic Cellular Jail, also known as Kālā Pānī, which was once a colonial prison. Learn about its history and significance in India's freedom struggle. In the afternoon, go to Corbyn's Cove Beach, soak up the sun and enjoy some water sports activities. In the evening, head to the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail that depicts the stories of Indian freedom fighters.

  2. Day 2: Ross Island and North Bay Island
    30 minutes (20.1 km) from Cellular Jail

    In the morning, take a ferry to Ross Island, a former British administrative headquarters. Explore the island's ruins and the Japanese bunkers. In the afternoon, go to North Bay Island, famous for its coral reefs and underwater activities like snorkeling and scuba diving. In the evening, return to Port Blair and visit the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park.

  3. Day 3: Baratang Island
    2 hours 45 minutes (97.2 km) from Port Blair

    In the morning, travel to Baratang Island, famous for its limestone caves and natural wonders. Visit the Mud Volcano, Limestone Caves, and Parrot Island. In the afternoon, take a boat ride through the mangrove creeks of Baratang Island. In the evening, return to Port Blair and visit the Samudrika Naval Marine Museum.

  4. Day 4: Chidiya Tapu
