4-Day Itinerary for Munar in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Tea Plantations and Rose Gardens
    20 minutes (8.7 miles) from Munnar Town

    In the morning, visit the Lockhart Tea Factory to learn about the tea-making process. Afterward, take a scenic drive to the Rose Gardens, which features over 2,500 varieties of roses.   2. Day 2: Eravikulam National Park and Lakkam Waterfalls
    30 minutes (11.8 miles) from Munnar Town

    Start your day with a visit to the Eravikulam National Park, which is home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Take a guided trek to the Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Western Ghats as you trek. In the afternoon, head to the Lakkam Waterfalls and take a refreshing dip in the cool waters.   4. Day 4: Kundala Lake and Echo Point
