5-Day Itinerary for Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala in August 2023

  1. Day 1: McLeod Ganj and Bhagsu Nag Temple
    Start at McLeod Ganj, 10 minutes (2.3 km) from Dharamshala

  4. Day 4: Chamunda Devi Temple and Masroor Rock Cut Temple
    Start at Chamunda Devi Temple, 30 minutes (15 km) from Palampur

    In the morning, visit the Chamunda Devi Temple, a sacred Hindu temple located on the banks of the Baner River. In the afternoon, head to Masroor Rock Cut Temple, a complex of 15 monolithic rock-cut temples dating back to the 8th century.   5. Day 5: Dharamshala International Cricket Stadium and Dal Lake

In the afternoon, drive to Dal Lake, a scenic lake surrounded by deodar trees. Take a boat ride and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, head back to Dharamshala for some last-minute souvenir shopping.
