4-Day Goa Itinerary for Shoestring Budget Travellers in November 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore Panaji
    30 minutes (12.3 km) from Goa Airport

    Morning: Start your day by exploring the Latin Quarter of Fontainhas, lined with colorful old Portuguese-style houses. Visit Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, one of the oldest churches in Goa.     Afternoon: Head to the bustling Market of Mapusa, wander around the stalls selling spices, fruits, and local souvenirs. Satisfy your taste buds with cheap and delicious seafood at Anand Bar and Restaurant.

    Evening: End your day with a visit to the Miramar Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Goa. Take a stroll on the golden sand and watch the sunset over the Arabian Sea.

  2. Day 2: Anjuna Flea Market and Beach
    1 hour 10 minutes (27.7 km) from Panaji

    Morning: Head to the famous Anjuna Flea Market, which offers everything from clothes to jewelry to spices at an affordable price. Bargain hard and shop until you drop.

    Afternoon: Head to the Anjuna Beach, relax on the beautiful sandy beach and take a dip in the turquoise water. Enjoy some delicious seafood at one of the shacks on the beach.

    Evening: Head to the Tito's Lane, which is known for its nightlife. Enjoy drinks and music at one of the nightclubs on the lane.
