Visit Hemis National Park, one of the largest national parks in South Asia, to see the elusive snow leopard in the wild. The park is also home to several other rare species of animals, including the Tibetan wolf and the Eurasian brown bear. Spend the night at a hotel in Leh.
Visit Magnetic Hill, a natural wonder where the car seems to move uphill on its own. Continue to Basgo Monastery, an ancient hilltop monastery with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Spend the evening at your leisure in Leh.
Visit Alchi Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient murals and sculptures, and Likir Monastery, a Buddhist monastery founded in the 11th century. Return to Leh for the evening.
