  1. Day 1: Amber Fort
    30 minutes (11.5 km) from Jaipur City Centre

    Amber Fort is a beautiful fort made of red sandstone and marble, located high on a hilltop offering panoramic views of Jaipur city. In the morning, explore the fort's intricate architecture and history. After lunch in the nearby village, visit Jaigarh Fort, which is connected to Amber Fort by underground tunnels. In the evening, enjoy a cultural show at the fort, which showcases Rajasthani folk music and dance.

  2. Day 2: City Palace and Jantar Mantar
    20 minutes (7 km) from Amber Fort

    Start your day with the City Palace, a stunning palace complex consisting of numerous buildings, gardens, and courtyards. Then, head to Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory with impressive structures that were used to measure the position of stars and planets. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then visit Hawa Mahal – also known as Palace of the Winds – a beautiful five-story building with honeycomb-like windows and balconies. Finish the day with a stroll through the colourful bazaars and street markets of the Pink City.

  3. Day 3: Nahargarh Fort and Jal Mahal

    Visit Nahargarh Fort in the morning, which offers incredible views of the city and houses a wax museum. For lunch, head to a rooftop restaurant with a view of the fort. After lunch, visit Jal Mahal, a stunning palace situated in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Take a boat ride in the lake to view the palace up close. In the evening, return to the Pink City to enjoy a traditional Rajasthani meal and watch a puppet show.

Don't miss visiting the Albert Hall Museum, which showcases the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan, and Birla Mandir, a beautiful temple made of white marble. You could also take a day trip to the nearby village of Sanganer to witness block printing, a traditional art form of Rajasthan. To maximize your fun, indulge in shopping for Rajasthani handicrafts and jewellery in the bazaars.

A side trip to the Ranthambore National Park, famous for its tigers, would be an excellent idea. It is a three-hour drive from Jaipur and can be visited as a day trip.
