For the morning, we'll start with a visit to the Manjarabad Fort. This star-shaped fort situated on a hilltop offers a breathtaking view of the Western Ghats. In the afternoon, we'll head to the nearby Hadlu Waterfalls for a refreshing swim and some relaxation. For the evening, we'll head to one of the local pubs for some drinks and music.
Today we'll take a scenic drive to the Bisle Viewpoint, which provides panoramic views of the Western Ghats. In the afternoon, we'll embark on a trek to the Jenukal Gudda, which is the second highest peak in Karnataka. We'll end the day with a bonfire and barbeque at our resort.
On our final day, we'll take a ride on the Sakleshpur Railway. This historic railway offers scenic views of the surrounding countryside and is a must-do experience in Sakleshpur. After the train ride, we can head to a nearby restaurant for lunch before departing for our next destination.
Some other attractions to consider include the Belur and Halebid Temples, which are located about an hour away from Sakleshpur. For side trips, you can visit the nearby coffee plantations and learn about the coffee-making process.
