4-Day Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Visit Fort Aguada
    30 minutes (11.5 km) from Goa International Airport

    Begin your trip with a visit to Fort Aguada, a well-preserved 17th-century Portuguese fort. Take a stroll around the fort's walls, and enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. Then, head to the nearby Sinquerim Beach for some relaxation. For dinner, enjoy the seafood at one of the many shacks on the beach.

  2. Day 2: Explore Old Goa
    30 minutes (10.6 km) from your hotel in Candolim

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Then, head to the nearby Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. For lunch, try some traditional Goan cuisine at Viva Panjim. In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Christian Art and the St. Augustine Tower. End the day with a sunset cruise on the Mandovi River.

  3. Day 3: Relax at Palolem Beach
    1 hour 30 minutes (70 km) from your hotel in Candolim

    Take a day trip to Palolem Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Goa. Relax on the white sand beach, swim in the clear blue water, and enjoy some water sports. For lunch, try some seafood at one of the beach shacks. In the evening, head to Leopard Valley for a party.

  4. Day 4: Visit the Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    2 hours (70 km) from your hotel in Candolim

    Take a day trip to the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Enjoy the scenic train ride to the waterfalls, and then take a dip in the refreshing water. For lunch, pack a picnic or try some local snacks at the nearby stalls. On the way back, stop at the spice plantations and learn about the spices grown in Goa.
