4-Day Itinerary for Kerala in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Fort Kochi
    1 hour (24.6 km) from Cochin International Airport

    In the morning, visit the iconic Chinese fishing nets and explore the winding streets of Fort Kochi. Stop by St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, and the adjacent Santa Cruz Basilica. After lunch, head to the Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, to see the stunning murals depicting Indian mythology. In the evening, catch a Kathakali dance performance at the Kerala Kathakali Centre.

  2. Day 2: Munnar
    3.5 hours (129 km) from Fort Kochi

    Wake up early and drive through the scenic Western Ghats to Munnar. After breakfast, take a guided tour of the Tata Tea Museum to learn about tea processing and taste some fresh tea. In the afternoon, trek through the undulating hills of the Eravikulam National Park and spot the endangered Nilgiri Tahr.   3. Day 3: Alleppey
