4-Day Foodie Itinerary in Goa for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Panaji
    30 minutes (10.5 miles) from Goa Airport

    Start your foodie expedition by exploring the capital city of Goa, Panaji. Head to the local market of Panaji to taste some of the best street food in the region like ‘samosas’ and ‘vada pavs’. Post that, head to Ritz Classic for lunch and try the famous Goan fish thali. After lunch, visit the local bakeries like Cafe Central and taste ‘bebinca’ and ‘bolinhas’. In the evening, take a stroll along the Mandovi riverfront and enjoy a view of the sunset while sipping on some refreshing drinks at the Altinho Bar and Restaurant.

  2. Day 2: Margao
    45 minutes (18.5 miles) from Panaji

    Start your day by having breakfast at the famous Cafe Tato in Margao and try the delicious ‘poee’ and ‘bhaji’. Post breakfast, visit the spice gardens of Sahakari Spice Farm and witness the cultivation of various spices. Have lunch at the Martin's Corner and try the famous Goan pork sorpotel. In the evening, head to the famous Benaulim Beach and witness the beautiful sunset while sipping on some chilled beer at the Johncy’s Beach Shack.

  3. Day 3: Mapusa
    30 minutes (9.5 miles) from Panaji

  4. Day 4: Candolim
    20 minutes (7.5 miles) from Mapusa

Post breakfast, head to the Aguada Fort and witness the stunning view of the Arabian Sea. Have lunch at the famous Calamari Bath and try their famous seafood delicacies.
