City Experiences Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Panaji
    30 minutes (11.7 miles) from Goa International Airport

    Morning: Visit the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This 16th-century church contains the tomb of St. Francis Xavier. Next stop is the Se Cathedral, which is one of the largest churches in Asia. Afternoon: Head to the Fontainhas neighbourhood, also known as “The Latin Quarter”. Admire the colourful Portuguese-style houses and grab lunch at a local restaurant. Evening: Take a stroll along the Miramar Beach and enjoy the sunset.

  2. Day 2: Margao
    45 minutes (18.4 miles) from Panaji

    Morning: Visit the Shri Mangesh Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. This 18th-century temple has beautiful architecture and intricate carvings. Afternoon: Head to the nearby Sahakari Spice Farm, a working farm where you can learn about Goan spices and herbs. Enjoy a traditional Goan lunch at the farm. Evening: Explore the historic area of Loutolim, which has houses dating back to the Portuguese era.

  3. Day 3: Old Goa
