Recommendations

If you have time, consider visiting the nearby towns of Guptkashi and Gaurikund, both of which are located within a few kilometers of Kedarnath. You can also take a helicopter ride to Kedarnath if you want to avoid the trek. Make sure to pack warm clothes and prepare for the cold weather in December.
