3-Day Itinerary for Goa in September 2023

  1. Day 1: Visit the Fort Aguada Beach Resort

    Begin your day by visiting Fort Aguada Beach Resort. The resort is situated on Sinquerim Beach and has a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea. You can enjoy the serene environment of the beach while indulging in some water sports activities and then have a delicious lunch at their restaurant. Later in the evening, head to the Fort Aguada where you can explore the 17th-century fort and enjoy the sunset view.

  2. Day 2: Explore the Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    2 hours 15 minutes (45 miles) from Fort Aguada Beach Resort

    Start your day early and head towards the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in India. You can hire a jeep and take a bumpy ride through the scenic forest to reach the base of the waterfall. The waterfall is at its best during the monsoon season, and the view is breathtaking. You can swim in the natural pool formed by the waterfall and enjoy some snacks and drinks at the nearby stalls. Later, head back to your hotel and relax.

  3. Day 3: Visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Se Cathedral
    38 minutes (10.5 miles) from Dudhsagar Waterfalls

    Start your day by visiting the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the oldest churches in India. The church is known for its Baroque architecture and holds the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier. Afterward, head to the Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. You can explore the history of the church and enjoy the view of the golden bell. Later in the evening, head towards the Anjuna Beach, which is famous for its flea market and enjoy some shopping.
