3-Day Nature Itinerary in Goa for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    1 hour 20 minutes (41.6 miles) from Goa International Airport

  2. Day 2: Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary
    30 minutes (9.7 miles) from Dudhsagar Waterfalls

    Start your day early at Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, a birdwatcher's paradise with over 400 species of birds to spot. Take a boat ride through the mangroves and enjoy the serene surroundings. In the afternoon, visit the Mollem National Park, spread over 240 sq km, and home to rare species of plants and animals, including the Bengal Tiger and Indian Bison. Trek around the park and enjoy the beautiful views. In the evening, visit the Chapora Fort, an ancient Portuguese fort that offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding areas.

  3. Day 3: Netravali Biodiversity Park
    1 hour 20 minutes (40.7 miles) from Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary

    Start your day at Netravali Biodiversity Park, a lush green park filled with diverse flora and fauna including the Malabar Giant Squirrel and the Great Indian Hornbill. Take a guided trek through the park and enjoy the scenic waterfalls and streams. In the afternoon, visit the Butterfly Conservatory, a sanctuary that houses over 133 species of butterflies. Watch butterflies and moths in their natural habitat and learn about their life cycle.
