4-Day Adventure Itinerary in Manali (August 2023)

  1. Day 1: White Water River Rafting

    In the morning, you will head to the Beas River where you will experience the thrill of white water river rafting. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant.   2. Day 2: Solang Valley and Paragliding

You will also have the opportunity to go paragliding, which offers an amazing view of the valley from above.     1 hour 30 minutes (24.7 km) from Manali

    Start your day early and head to Gulaba, the starting point of the Bhrigu Lake trek. This 14 km trek offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and takes about 6-7 hours to complete. After reaching the lake, take some time to soak in the beauty around you before heading back down. In the evening, rest and relax at your hotel.

  4. Day 4: Skiing in Solang Valley and Tibetan Monastery
    30 minutes (13.8 km) from Manali

    Today you will have the opportunity to go skiing in Solang Valley. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier, there are slopes for all levels. Afterward, head back to Manali and visit the Tibetan Monastery, a peaceful and spiritual place to relax and learn about Tibetan culture. In the evening, enjoy a final dinner in Manali before departing.
