3-Day Nature Itinerary for Chikkamanglor in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Mullayanagiri Peak

    Start your day early with a trek to Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest peak in Karnataka. The trek can take around 3-4 hours and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. In the afternoon, visit the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to many species of animals including elephants, tigers and leopards. Take a jeep safari to explore the sanctuary.   2. Day 2: Kudremukh National Park
    2 hours (60.3 miles) from Mullayanagiri Peak

    Spend the day exploring the beautiful Kudremukh National Park, known for its stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife. Take a guided trek through the lush green forests, home to many rare and endangered species of flora and fauna. After the trek, visit the nearby Hanumangundi Falls and enjoy a picnic lunch amidst nature. In the evening, head to the nearby Kudremukh town and explore the local markets and shops.

  3. Day 3: Kemmanagundi
