Useful Tips

If you have more time, consider taking a trip to the nearby island of Ischia or the mainland city of Naples to see the famous Pompeii ruins. If you have less time, you can combine some activities, such as visiting Anacapri and Mt. Solaro, or the Blue Grotto and Capri Town, in the same day. Keep in mind that most beaches and attractions close around sunset, so plan accordingly.

Airports

Capri does not have its airport, and the closest ones are Naples International Airport (NAP) and Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport (QSR). Naples Airport is approximately 40 kilometers away from the main port of Capri, and Salerno Airport is around 70 kilometers away. From both airports, you can take a ferry or hydrofoil to reach the island.
