3-Day Adventure Itinerary for Chikmagalur in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Kudremukh National Park

    Start your morning by climbing the highest peak of Karnataka, Mullayanagiri, and admire the panoramic views of the Western Ghats. Afterward, head to Honnamana Kere Lake, a picturesque lake surrounded by lush green forests. Enjoy boating or simply relax by the lakeside. In the evening, enjoy the famous Chikmagalur coffee at one of the nearby cafes.

  3. Day 3: Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary and Hebbe Falls
    1 hour 40 minutes (52.3 miles) from Honnamana Kere Lake

    Spend your morning exploring the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, home to several endangered species such as tigers, elephants, and leopards. Take a safari and spot some of the exotic wildlife. In the afternoon, head to Hebbe Falls and trek through the dense forests to reach the magnificent waterfall. Take a dip in the natural pool and soak in the beautiful surroundings. In the evening, relax and enjoy the local cuisine at one of the nearby restaurants.
