Bangalore to Shirdi Return via Hyderabad by Car and 6 Person Itinerary for July 2023

  1. 6:00AM: Bangalore
    Estimated Time: 17 Hours, 1,079 km via NH65 and AH45

    Start your journey from Bangalore early in the morning to reach Shirdi by evening. Take breaks at regular intervals to rest and refuel. Have breakfast at a dhaba in Ananthapur, and lunch at a restaurant in Kurnool.

    You can stop at Mahbubnagar to visit the historic Pillalamarri tree which is over 800 years old and spreads over 3 acres or at the Konda Reddy Fort to admire the intricate sculptures.

  2. 3:00PM: Hyderabad
    Estimated Time: 5.5 Hours, 320 km via NH65

    On arriving at Hyderabad, visit the iconic Charminar and test your bargaining skills at the Laad Bazaar. Satisfy your taste buds by savouring the famous Hyderabadi Biryani at Paradise Restaurant.

    If you prefer to explore nature, visit the Nehru Zoological Park to spot colourful birds, and wild animals. Or, you can spend a couple of hours at the sprawling Ramoji Film City, one of the largest film studios in the world.

  3. 9:00PM: Shirdi

    On reaching Shirdi, check-in to the hotel, freshen up and visit the famous Sai Baba Temple. Take a holy dip in the Shirdi Sai Baba Tirth and visit the Dwarkamai Mosque, where Sai Baba meditated. You can also explore the Wet N Joy Water Park to rejuvenate yourself.

  4. 6:00AM: Shirdi
    Estimated Time: 10 Hours, 590 km via NH65 and AH47

    Start early in the morning from Shirdi and visit the Ellora Caves, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the intricate rock-cut temples, and sculptures. Next, visit the historic Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva.

    You can also visit the majestic Bibi Ka Maqbara, which is a replica of the Taj Mahal, and the Panchakki Water Mill, a 17th-century water mill built to generate energy for grinding grain.

  5. 4:00PM: Hyderabad
    Estimated Time: 4 Hours, 219 km via AH47

    On arriving at Hyderabad, visit the beautiful Hussain Sagar Lake, and take a boat ride to the Buddha Statue. Shop for souvenirs at the nearby Lumbini Park, and enjoy a light and sound show after sunset. Take a leisurely stroll along the Necklace Road, and enjoy the cool breeze.

    For the adventure seekers, visit the Escape Water and Adventure Park to enjoy thrilling water rides, and adventure activities like rock climbing, ziplining, and bungee jumping.

  6. 10:00PM: Bangalore
    Estimated Time: 5 Hours, 153 km via Srisailam Highway

    Finally, drive back to Bangalore and reach home safely.
