4-Day Motorcycle Riding Itinerary: Karnataka from Chennai in September 2023

  1. Day 1: Mysuru Palace
    5 hours (147 miles) from Chennai

    Start your journey early in the morning to reach the Mysuru Palace by noon. Built in 1912, this historical palace is a mesmerizing blend of Hindu, Islamic, Gothic, and Rajput styles of architecture. Take a guided tour to explore the royal courtyards, halls, and rooms, and to learn about the Wodeyar dynasty. Have lunch at the palace restaurant and head to the nearby Chamundi Hills to catch the sunset and enjoy the view of Mysuru from the top. End your first day with an authentic South Indian dinner at Vinayaka Mylari, famous for its dosas.

  2. Day 2: Bandipur National Park
    2.5 hours (48 miles) from Mysuru Palace

    Start your morning with a cup of coffee from one of the local coffee shops and hit the road to Bandipur National Park.
