4-Day Shoestring Budget Itinerary in Goa (August 2023)

  1. Day 1: Explore the Beaches of North Goa
    40 minutes (21.5 km) from Dabolim International Airport

    In the morning, head to the famous Baga Beach and indulge in various water sports activities. Walk to Calangute Beach to enjoy the magnificent view of the Arabian Sea.   2. Day 2: Explore the Portuguese Heritage of South Goa

    Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Goa and explore its many churches, including Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral.   3. Day 3: Explore the Wildlife of Mollem National Park

    Take a guided tour of the Mollem National Park and explore its diverse flora and fauna. Visit the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, which is one of the highest waterfalls in India. Enjoy a swim in the natural pool at the bottom of the waterfall. In the evening, relax at your hotel or head to the Colva Beach for some night-time entertainment.

  4. Day 4: Visit the Churches and Temples of Ponda
    1 hour 10 minutes (32 km) from Mollem National Park

    Visit the Shree Manguesh Temple and the Shree Ramnath Temple to experience the spiritual side of Goa. Explore the churches of Ponda, including the Church of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception and the Church of St. Cajetan. In the evening, head to the Palolem Beach to relax and take in the beautiful sunset.

If you want to experience Goa's nightlife, head to Tito's Lane in Baga for a variety of bars and clubs. You can also take a day trip to the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary to experience more of Goa's wildlife. For a more relaxed day, head to the Arambol Beach and enjoy its laid-back atmosphere.
