4-Day Adventure Itinerary in Maharashtra

  1. Day 1: Trekking at Rajmachi Fort
    2 hours 15 minutes (62.3 km) from Mumbai

    In the morning, let's start our adventure by trekking at Rajmachi Fort. This is a perfect trek for beginners as well as experienced trekkers. You will be surrounded by lush green hills and the trek route offers stunning views of the Sahyadri mountains. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit the Karla Caves, an ancient Buddhist rock-cut cave temple, and see the magnificent architecture of these caves. In the evening, we will head to Lonavala Lake, where you can go boating and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

  2. Day 2: Paragliding at Kamshet
    1 hour 20 minutes (45.5 km) from Lonavala

    Today is going to be an adrenaline-pumping experience as we go paragliding at Kamshet. Kamshet is a world-renowned location for paragliding, with its beautiful hills and perfect weather conditions. After lunch, we will head to the Bhaja Caves, another group of rock-cut caves with beautiful sculptures and carvings. In the evening, we will visit the Pavana Lake, where you can relax by the lake and enjoy the beautiful view.

  3. Day 3: White Water Rafting at Kolad
    2 hours 20 minutes (90.6 km) from Kamshet

    Today, we will head to Kolad, the hub of adventure sports in Maharashtra. We will go white water rafting in the Kundalika River, which is known for its exciting rapids and scenic beauty. After lunch, we will visit the Murud Janjira Fort, a beautiful sea fort that is surrounded by water on all sides. In the evening, we will enjoy the sunset at the Kashid Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Maharashtra.

  4. Day 4: Scuba Diving at Tarkarli Beach
    5 hours 45 minutes (388.9 km) from Kolad

    On our final day, we will head to Tarkarli Beach, which is known for its clear water and beautiful marine life. We will go scuba diving and explore the underwater world. After lunch, we will visit the Sindhudurg Fort, a historical fort built in the 16th century. In the evening, we will head to the Rock Garden, a beautiful garden with sculptures made from rocks and stones.
