  3. Day 3: Trek to Sheshnag

    Morning, start early to avoid the afternoon sun. Trek 13 km to reach Sheshnag. Afternoon, rest and enjoy the views. Evening, explore the nearby surroundings.

  4. Day 4: Trek to Panchtarni
    Trekking path (12 km from Sheshnag)

    Morning, continue the trek through the beautiful valley to reach Panchtarni. Afternoon, rest and prepare for the final stretch. Evening, attend a spiritual ceremony.

  5. Day 5: Trek to Amarnath Cave and back to Panchtarni
    Trekking path (6 km from Panchtarni to Amarnath Cave)

    Morning, start early to reach the holy Amarnath Cave. Afternoon, visit the cave and pay your respects. Evening, trek back to Panchtarni and rest.

  6. Day 6: Trek back to Pahalgam
    Trekking path (30 km from Panchtarni to Pahalgam)

    Morning, start the trek back to Pahalgam. Afternoon, enjoy the scenic views one last time. Evening, explore the local markets for souvenirs.

  7. Day 7: Departure from Srinagar
    Transfer to Srinagar International Airport (90 km, 2 hours 30 minutes)

    Morning, depart for Srinagar International Airport. Afternoon, fly back home with unforgettable memories of the Amarnath Yatra.

Recommendations

While in Pahalgam, you can also visit the Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or go white water rafting in the Lidder River. For a side trip, visit the beautiful Dal Lake in Srinagar or explore the ruins of Martand Sun Temple in Anantnag.
