Motorcycle Riding Adventure in Chikkmagaluru Netravati Peak

  1. Day 1: Mullayanagiri Peak
    1 hour 20 minutes (37 miles) from Chikkmagaluru Netravati Peak

    Begin your journey by riding to Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest peak in Karnataka. Start early in the morning to experience the sunrise from the top of the peak. The roads leading to the peak are winding and offer a thrilling experience for motorcycle riders. After enjoying the sunrise, head to the nearby Seethalayanagiri Temple. Spend the afternoon enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding hills and valleys. In the evening, visit the Baba Budangiri Shrine and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee at one of the many local coffee shops.

  2. Day 2: Kemmanagundi
    1 hour 15 minutes (36 miles) from Mullayanagiri Peak

    Head to Kemmanagundi, also known as the 'Hill Station of Karnataka'. Start the day by visiting the Hebbe Falls, which is situated amidst dense forests and coffee plantations. After the falls, ride to the Z Point to witness the stunning views of the valley. Spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful gardens of Kemmanagundi and then head to the Kallathigiri Falls to cool off in the refreshing waters. The sunset from the Raj Bhavan viewpoint is not to be missed. End the day with a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants.

  3. Day 3: Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary
    1 hour 50 minutes (48 miles) from Kemmanagundi

    On your final day, ride to the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary. Go on a jeep safari to spot tigers, leopards, elephants, and various species of birds. Take a boat ride on the Bhadra River to witness the beautiful landscapes and the animals drinking water on the banks. After the safari, visit the nearby Kalhatti Falls for a refreshing dip in the waters. In the evening, head back to Chikkmagaluru Netravati Peak and relax after your adventurous journey.

Recommendations

If you have more time, consider visiting the Kudremukh National Park or the Belur and Halebidu temples. A day trip to the nearby town of Sringeri, with its beautiful temples and riverside location, is also recommended.
