Shoestring Budget 4-Day Itinerary for Pondicherry in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Promenade Beach

  2. Day 2: Auroville

    In the morning, head to the experimental township of Auroville, which was founded in 1968 by the spiritual leader Mirra Alfassa. Visit the Matrimandir, an iconic golden dome that represents the divine consciousness. In the afternoon, go to the Solar Kitchen for a vegetarian meal.   3. Day 3: Sri Aurobindo Ashram

In the afternoon, have a picnic on the beach or enjoy some water sports like kayaking and canoeing. In the evening, return to the mainland and explore the nearby Serenity Beach.
