  1. Day 1: Kudremukh National Park

    In the morning, gear up for a thrilling trek in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. Kudremukh National Park is a perfect destination for nature lovers who enjoy hiking and breathtaking views. The Kudremukh trek is 9.5 km long, with steep ascents and descents, and takes around 6 hours to complete. After a well-deserved lunch break, visit the Hanuman Gundi Waterfall. The cascading waterfall is a must-visit attraction, and the trek to the waterfall is an added adventure with picturesque scenery. End the day with a traditional dinner and a cozy stay at a nearby homestay.

  2. Day 2: Kudremukh National Park

The trek is a bit challenging, but the view from the top is worth the effort. After the trek, return to the homestay for a quick shower and pack up for a journey to Dharmasthala. Visit the famous Sri Manjunatha Swamy Temple, which is a holy shrine and a popular tourist attraction. Complete the day with a delicious dinner and a comfortable stay at a local hotel.

  3. Day 3: Dharmasthala

    4-hour drive (151 miles) from Dharmasthala to Mangalore International Airport

    Start the day with a pious visit to Shri Chandranath Swamy Temple, located on the Chandragiri hill. After lunch, visit the Bahubali statue, a 42 feet tall statue of the famous Jain saint Bahubali. The statue is a significant religious symbol and a masterpiece of art. Shop for souvenirs at local shops and head back to Mangalore Airport for a flight back home.

If you have extra time, visit the Kukke Subramanya Temple, located 16 miles from Dharmasthala. Also, visit the nearby beaches of Mangalore, such as Panambur Beach and Ullal Beach.
