In the evening, let's head to Madikeri Fort to learn about the rich history of Kodagu and enjoy the picturesque sunset from the fort's watchtower.
Today we're off to the Dubare Elephant Camp! A unique experience awaits us as we get to interact with elephants and learn about their daily routine. We can participate in activities such as bathing the elephants in the river, feeding them and taking an elephant ride through the Dubare forest. After these activities, let's head to the Chiklihole Reservoir, which is about an hour from the camp. The scenic drive to the reservoir through the forest is sure to be an adventure in itself. At the reservoir, we can enjoy a peaceful boat ride and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Finally, let's head back to Madikeri town for dinner and some souvenir shopping.
