Recommendations

Don't miss the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India, located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park. You can also take a day trip to the spice plantations in Ponda, and learn about the different spices and herbs grown in Goa. For adventure seekers, try a hot air balloon ride or a scuba diving experience.

To maximize your fun, plan your itinerary around the monsoon season in Goa (June to September), when the lush green landscapes and waterfalls are at their prime. Make sure to try the seafood, especially the fish curry rice, and the local drink, feni, made from cashew fruit or coconut sap.
