Kochi in July 2023: A 2-Day Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Fort Kochi & Mattancherry
    15 minutes (4.5 km) from Kochi Airport

    Morning: Visit the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets in Fort Kochi and explore the St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. Afterward, head to the nearby Santa Cruz Basilica, a beautiful cathedral with vibrant murals and frescoes.
    Afternoon: Have lunch in one of the many seafood restaurants in Fort Kochi, then visit the Dutch Palace in Mattancherry. Take a stroll through the quaint Jew Town to see the historic Paradesi Synagogue and browse for souvenirs in the eclectic antique shops.
    Evening: Watch the sunset at the scenic Marine Drive and enjoy a peaceful stroll along the promenade. For dinner, try some delicious Kerala cuisine at Kashi Art Cafe or Fusion Bay.

  2. Day 2: Hill Palace & Vypeen Island
