Sadly, it's time to say goodbye to the beautiful Maldives. After having one last breakfast in paradise, take a seaplane back to Malé International Airport.
During your stay in the Maldives, most of your transportation will be by seaplane or speedboat, which will be arranged by the resort. The seaplane transfer from Malé International Airport to the island resort will take approximately 40 minutes. Allow for 2-3 hours for the overall transfer process. The speedboat to the local island will take 35 minutes one way.
If you have more time, you can opt-in for more romantic experiences such as a private candlelight dinner on the beach or a snorkeling excursion. If you have less time, it's recommended you prioritize what you'd like to do based on your preferences so you can make the most of your time in paradise.
Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (MLE) is the main international airport of the Maldives. It is located on Hulhulé Island, near the capital city of Malé. The airport is located approximately 6km from the city center, Malé, and is easily accessible by bus or taxi.
