Vrundavan, Mathura: 3-Day Family Friendly Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple
    10 minutes (2.7 km) from the hotel

    In the morning, visit the Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple, which marks the birthplace of Lord Krishna. The temple is very crowded during the mornings, and you can see many devotees flocking to get a glimpse of the deity. In the afternoon, head to the Dwarkadheesh Temple, a magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. The temple has beautiful architecture and intricate carvings and is a peaceful spot to sit and meditate. In the evening, visit the beautiful Kusum Sarovar, a serene and scenic lake surrounded by lush greenery and ancient temples.

  2. Day 2: Radha Kund and Prem Mandir

    Start your day by visiting the Radha Kund, a holy pond associated with Lord Krishna and his beloved Radha. The pond is surrounded by beautiful temples and is a popular spot for devotees to take a dip. In the afternoon, visit the Prem Mandir, a grand temple complex dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha.   3. Day 3: Govardhan and Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir

    On your last day, visit the sacred Govardhan Hill, which is associated with Lord Krishna. The hill is believed to be a manifestation of Lord Krishna himself and has many temples and ashrams surrounding it. In the afternoon, visit the newly constructed Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, a 700-foot tall temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. The temple has breathtaking views of the surrounding area and has various attractions like a museum, a light and sound show, and a Krishna Lila Park. In the evening, head back to the hotel and relax.

You can also visit the Banke Bihari Temple, which is one of the most famous temples in Vrindavan and is known for its beautiful idol of Lord Krishna.
