5-Day Goa Itinerary in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore the Beaches of North Goa
    1 hour (25 km) from Goa International Airport

    In the morning, visit the Baga Beach to enjoy water sports like parasailing and jet skiing. After lunch, head to the Calangute Beach for sunbathing and relaxing. In the evening, enjoy the nightlife at the Anjuna Beach shacks and enjoy live music and karaoke.

  2. Day 2: Visit the Heritage Sites of Old Goa
    30 minutes (10 km) from Panaji

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to see the remains of St. Francis Xavier. After lunch, head to the Se Cathedral, the largest church in Asia, to see its stunning architecture. In the evening, visit the Chapora Fort to enjoy the sunset views.

  3. Day 3: Dudhsagar Waterfalls and Spice Plantation Tour
    1.5 hours (60 km) from Panaji

    In the morning, take a jeep safari to the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, the tallest waterfalls in India. After lunch, head to the Spice Plantation to learn about the various spices grown in the region. You can also enjoy an elephant ride here. In the evening, return to your hotel for relaxation.

  4. Day 4: Visit the Churches and Temples of South Goa
