  • Day 6: La Paloma Cafe

    La Paloma Cafe is a hidden gem in the countryside of San Lorenzo. The restaurant's garden is an idyllic setting for a leisurely lunch or dinner, with a vegetable garden and a chicken coop that supply some of the ingredients. The menu features Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.

  • Day 7: Ca Na Ribes

    Ca Na Ribes is a traditional "payés" house that has been converted into a restaurant. Useful tips

If you have more time, consider visiting some of the smaller villages in the interior of the island, like Santa Gertrudis or Sant Carles. They often have good restaurants and local markets. If you have less time, shorten the itinerary to five days, skipping San Juan Market and La Paloma Cafe.

Airports

Ibiza Airport (IBZ) is located in the town of Sant Jordi, around 4 miles from Ibiza Town. It's the main gateway to the island, with flights from many European cities. The airport is small but modern, with several shops, restaurants and bars. Expect to spend around €15-20 for a taxi ride from the airport to Ibiza Town.
