  1. Day 1: Explore Mysore

    In the morning, visit the Mysore Palace which is a grandeur architectural marvel and a perfect blend of Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles. Afternoon, visit the Brindavan Gardens which is a beautifully landscaped garden with musical fountains. In the evening, visit the Chamundeshwari Temple which is situated on the top of Chamundi Hills and offers a panoramic view of the city.

  2. Day 2: Explore Coorg
    3.5 hours (107 miles) from Mysore city center

    Start your day by visiting the Dubare Elephant Camp where you can interact with elephants, watch them being bathed and fed, and take an elephant ride. Afternoon, visit the Abbey Falls which is a beautiful waterfall surrounded by coffee and spice plantations. In the evening, visit the Raja's Seat which is a beautiful garden with a stunning sunset view.

  3. Day 3: More of Coorg
    1 hour 20 minutes (47.6 miles) from Raja's Seat

    In the morning, visit the Talacauvery which is the birthplace of river Cauvery and also has a temple dedicated to Lord Brahma. Afternoon, visit the Namdroling Monastery which is the largest teaching center of the school of Tibetan Buddhism known as Nyingmapa. In the evening, visit the Madikeri Fort which is an ancient fort with an interesting history.

  4. Day 4: Trekking in Coorg
    1 hour 20 minutes (47.6 miles) from Madikeri Fort

    Start your day with a trek to the highest peak in Coorg, Tadiandamol. The trek is a moderate level trek and takes around 5-6 hours to complete. Afternoon, visit the Iruppu Falls which is a beautiful waterfall with a small trekking trail. In the evening, visit the Nagarhole National Park which is a wildlife sanctuary and a perfect place for a jeep safari.

Do not miss the Coorg Coffee Festival which is held annually in December and is a great opportunity to learn about the coffee culture of Coorg. You can also consider a day trip to the Nagarhole National Park which is a great place for wildlife enthusiasts.
