6-Day Maharashtra Nature Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Kaas Plateau
    3 hours (117 km) from Pune

    Start your morning early and drive to Kaas Plateau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its meadows of colorful wildflowers and butterflies. Spend the afternoon at Thoseghar Waterfalls, located just 30 minutes away, and enjoy a picnic lunch amongst the lush greenery.   2. Day 2: Mahabaleshwar

After breakfast, head to Elephant's Head Point, a rock formation that resembles an elephant's head, and Arthur's Seat, a popular viewpoint.   3. Day 3: Tadoba National Park

    Travel to Tadoba National Park, one of India's largest and oldest national parks. Embark on a morning safari to spot tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and other wildlife.
