Two-Day Itinerary for City Experiences in Bangalore (June 2023)

  1. Day 1: Bangalore Palace
    15 minutes (4.2 km) from your hotel

    Start your day by visiting the Bangalore Palace. This palace, built in the 19th century, is spread over 45000 sq. feet with beautiful gardens, elegant woodcarvings and Tudor-style architecture. Marvel at the antique furniture, paintings, and photographs in each of the rooms. The palace also has a ballroom, a Durbar Hall, a dining hall, and a chapel. After visiting the palace, you can take a stroll through the beautiful gardens and take some amazing photos.

    In the afternoon, grab a quick bite at the nearby Fisherman's Wharf before heading out to the Cubbon Park. This 120-hectare park is home to over 6,000 trees, a few museums, and some government buildings. Take a walk through the greenery and spot some exotic birds.

    In the evening, visit the UB City Mall, an upscale shopping destination with high-end boutiques, restaurants, and a rooftop bar. Enjoy a meal and catch a beautiful view of the city's skyline.

  2. Day 2: Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    In the evening, visit the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, a beautiful palace with beautiful architecture and rich history. This palace was built in the 18th century and has stunning teak pillars, intricate carvings and paintings that depict the Tiger of Mysore's life and battles.
