  1. Day 1: Banasura Sagar Dam

In the afternoon, explore the Banasura Hill and trek to the top for a stunning panoramic view of the dam and surrounding hills. For the evening, head to the Meenmutty Waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Wayanad and take a refreshing dip in the cool waters.

  2. Day 2: Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary

For the evening, take a leisurely stroll through the Lakkidi Viewpoint and enjoy breathtaking views of the Wayanad valley.

Recommendations

If you have time, visit the Pookode Lake, a natural freshwater lake surrounded by forests and hills. You can enjoy boating, fishing and a scenic walk around the lake. Another must-visit is the Chembra Peak, the highest peak in Wayanad. You can hike to the top and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire district.
