6-Day Amarnath Itinerary in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Amarnath Cave
    Located in the Himalayas, 141 km from Srinagar (5 hours and 45 minutes drive).

    Morning: Visit Amarnath Cave, one of the most famous shrines in Hinduism, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The trek to the cave is a challenging one but worth the effort when you reach the shrine and see the naturally formed ice Lingam.
