4-Day Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Calangute Beach
    1-hour drive (12.8 miles) from Goa International Airport

    Located in North Goa, Calangute Beach is also known as the "Queen of Beaches." In the morning, relax on the beach, swim in the sea, or try water sports such as parasailing, jet-skiing and banana boat rides. For lunch, head to one of the nearby beach shacks or restaurants, serving fresh seafood and local cuisine. In the afternoon, visit St. Alex Church and explore the local market. In the evening, enjoy the sunset with a beachside drink or take a stroll along the shoreline.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2-hour drive (43.5 miles) from Calangute Beach

    Dudhsagar Falls is a majestic four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. In the morning, take a scenic train ride from Kulem to the falls, passing through tunnels, bridges, and forests. After reaching the falls, take a refreshing swim or relax by the water. For lunch, pack a picnic or eat at the on-site restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Tambdi Surla Mahadev Temple, a beautiful 12th-century temple located in the nearby Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary.
