2-Day Kannur Itinerary for June 2023

  1. Day 1: St. Angelo Fort
    15 minutes (4.6 km) from Kannur Railway Station

    In the morning, explore the historic St. Angelo Fort that was built in 1505. The fort offers a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Payyambalam Beach. The beach is perfect for a relaxing swim or a family picnic. In the evening, head to the nearby Dhe Puttu for dinner. This restaurant is known for its delicious and authentic Kerala-style puttu.

  2. Day 2: Arakkal Museum
    10 minutes (2.8 km) from Dhe Puttu

    Start your day by visiting the Arakkal Museum, which showcases the history and culture of the Arakkal family, the only Muslim royal family in Kerala. In the afternoon, head to the Muzhappilangad Drive-in Beach, which is the longest drive-in beach in India. You can drive your vehicle on the beach or just relax and enjoy the view.
