The temple also has the longest corridor in the world, which is 197 metres long and has 1212 pillars. The temple is open from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please note that non-Hindus are not allowed inside the temple.

    Leave Rameshwaram and head to Velankanni, a small town in Tamil Nadu that is known for its Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health. The church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and is believed to have healing powers.

  5. 10:00 PM: Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health
    Located in Velankanni

    The Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health is one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in India. The church is open from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is free to enter. The church has three chapels and a museum that showcases the history of the church and its significance. The church also has a small market outside where you can buy souvenirs and candles.
