The Black Hawk Palace was transformed from a historical 18th-century palace into a modern, elegant event venue. Steeped in history, the fortress has been preserved and renovated throughout the years. Visitors can view the unique vestiges, among which the walls from the 16th century represent the best-known element. It now hosts a museum and many cultural events.
The Moon Church's nickname comes from the astronomical clock that adorns the façade depicting the cycles of the moon. The gothic-style church was built in the 15th century and has been restored to its original splendour.
The Oradea State Theatre occupies the site of the former "Apollo" theatre, which was destroyed during the Second World War. It is a fine example of Renaissance architecture, beautifully restored to its original glory.
