Discover the stunning natural beauty at Adros National Park which has over 50,000 acres of hiking trails and breathtaking views. Don't miss the highlights of the park, the Crystal Caves which are known for their shimmering walls and crystalline formations, and the Eagle Point which offers a panoramic view of the island.
Take a step back in time and explore the winding alleys and ancient architecture of Adros Old Town. Start at the Fortaleza de San Miguel which is a well-preserved fortress that dates back to the 16th century. Visit the Mercado de la Ciudad which offers a wide range of local goods and souvenirs, and grab a bite to eat at Restaurante El Faro to taste the island's traditional dishes.
Relax and unwind on Adros' pristine beaches. Start at Playa Blanca , a white sand beach with clear waters and great snorkelling opportunities. Head over to Playa de los Muertos which has stunning views of the surrounding cliffs, and enjoy some water activities like paddleboarding and kayaking. End your day at Playa de la Luna Llena Beach Club which offers delicious food and drinks while you soak up the sunset views.
If you have an extra day, consider visiting the Adros Mound which holds archaeological treasures including pottery and stone tools. You could also try some water sports like surfing, paddleboarding or scuba diving if you have an additional day. For a shorter trip, you could skip Adros Old Town or the beaches, but we recommend experiencing all three to get a complete experience of Adros Island.
