Visit the Old Port of Marseille, one of the busiest and most historic places in the city. Enjoy the views and try some fresh seafood at local restaurants. Walk around the harbor to see some historic landmarks like the Fort Saint-Nicolas and Fort Saint-Jean.
Visit the Palais des Papes, which was the residence of the Popes and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the historic city center and visit the Pont d'Avignon (Avignon Bridge), another UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Explore the ancient Roman city of Arles and visit the Amphitheatre and the Theatre Antique. Walk around the city center and see some of the beautiful Romanesque churches. Visit the Van Gogh museum and see some of the famous paintings he created while living in Arles.
Take a stroll down the famous Promenade des Anglais and admire the views of the Mediterranean Sea. Visit the Old Town of Nice and see the quaint streets and colorful buildings. Take a dip in the sea and enjoy the beaches of Nice.
Visit the luxurious resort town of Cannes and explore the beaches and restaurants of the famous La Croisette Boulevard. Walk around the old town of Le Suquet, where you can see the castle ruins and enjoy stunning views of the city. Head to the Forville Market for some local food products and souvenirs.
Visit the trendy and chic coastal town of Saint-Tropez for some shopping and people-watching. Go to one of the beautiful beaches in the region, like the Plage de Pampelonne or Plage des Salins. Walk around the charming Old Town and see the historic citadel and the Eglise de Notre Dame-de-l'Assomption church.
If you have additional time, consider adding a day trip to the nearby city of Aix-en-Provence to see some more of the beautiful architecture and art in the region. Alternatively, you can spend more time in the coastal towns and visit other beaches and restaurants. If you have less time, consider skipping Saint-Tropez and spending more time in Nice and Cannes.
