If you have more time, add a day trip to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina to see the famous Stari Most bridge. If you have less time, skip Lokrum Island and Fort Royal and spend a full day in Dubrovnik Old Town, or take a shorter boat tour of the Elaphiti Islands.
