Start your exploration of Rabat at the Kasbah of the Udayas. This well-preserved fortress dates back to the 12th century and offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Bou Regreg River. Be sure to wander through the narrow streets and alleys of the medina within the Kasbah, which is home to several notable landmarks, including the beautiful Andalusian Gardens.
Start the day at the Chellah Necropolis, dating back to the Roman Empire, continues through the 14th-century Merinid tombs and ends with the beautiful gardens and the sound of fountains.
