Start your spiritual journey by visiting Iskon Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha, and adorned with beautiful paintings and sculptures. Start early and visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple to pay your respects at the birthplace of Lord Krishna in Mathura. Then visit the Gokulnanda Temple near Gokul and also take a refreshing dip in Yamuna River. Afterward, move towards Nidhivan in Vrindavan and witness the mystical and serene surroundings which remained unchanged for centuries.
On the last day of your trip, visit one of the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal. A symbol of love, this white marbled mausoleum is a true beauty at sunrise and sunset. Don’t forget to visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and witness the rich history and the mixed architectural style it has to offer.
If you have more time, add a visit to the Iskcon Goshala in Vrindavan for an experience of cow feeding and milking. Also, visit the Govind Dev Ji temple in Vrindavan to learn about the history and significance of the place. If you have less time, you can skip Barsana and Nidhivan altogether and add a visit to Jaipur to explore the rich history and culture of Rajasthan.
